TechFix منصة وسيطة تربط بين العملاء والفنيين، ولا تُعدّ جهةً منفّذةً للخدمة بشكل مباشر. TechFix is an intermediary platform connecting clients and technicians. It is not considered a direct service provider.
- العميل مسؤول عن دقة تفاصيل الطلب.Client is responsible for the accuracy of request details.
- الفني مسؤول عن جودة الإصلاح والخدمة المقدمة.Technician is responsible for the quality of repair and services rendered.
- المنصة غير مسؤولة عن النتائج الفنية للخدمات.Platform is not responsible for the technical outcomes of services.
يتم الدفع داخل التطبيق حصريًا وفقًا للنظام المعتمد في المنصة. All payments are processed exclusively within the application in accordance with the platform's approved system.
يوافق الفني على أن المنصة تقتطع عمولة تشغيلية وفق النموذج الحالي: Technicians agree that the platform deducts an operational commission under the current model:
- الاتفاق على تنفيذ الخدمة خارج التطبيقAgreeing to execute services outside the app
- إجراء الدفع خارج النظام المعتمدConducting payments outside the approved system
- أي محاولة للتحايل على العمولةAny attempt to circumvent the commission
- قد تتدخل المنصة للمساعدة إداريًا فقط.The platform may assist administratively only.
- لا تضمن المنصة حلًا نهائيًا للنزاعات.The platform does not guarantee a final resolution.
- يتم إحالة النزاعات غير المحلولة إلى الجهات الرسمية المختصة.Unresolved disputes are referred to the relevant official legal channels.
بقبول هذه الشروط، يوافق المستخدم على تسجيل الطلبات والمحادثات والمدفوعات، واستخدام هذه السجلات كدليل عند الحاجة. By accepting these terms, users agree to the recording of requests, messages, and payments, and to the use of these records as evidence when needed.
- الاحتيال أو الغشFraud or deception
- إساءة استخدام المنصةPlatform abuse
- التهديد أو الابتزازThreats or blackmail
- أي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة المعمول بهاAny activity violating applicable laws
يحق للمنصة إيقاف أو حذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق. The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
TechFix غير مسؤولة عن:TechFix is not liable for:
- النزاعات بين المستخدمينDisputes between users
- الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيقIndirect damages arising from platform use
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
