بيانات الحسابAccount Data

• الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، نوع المستخدمName, phone number, email address, user type

بيانات الخدمةService Data

• تفاصيل الطلب، الموقع (مدينة / حي)، حالة الطلبOrder details, location (city/district), order status

بيانات الدفعPayment Data

• المبالغ، حالة الدفع، السعر النهائي، العمولةAmounts, payment status, final price, commission

بيانات التواصلCommunication Data

• المحادثات، الصور، الإشعاراتMessages, images, notifications

بيانات تقنيةTechnical Data

• الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، عنوان IPDevice type, operating system, IP address

• تشغيل التطبيق وتنفيذ الطلباتOperate the platform and process requests
• إدارة المدفوعاتHandle payments
• تحسين جودة الخدمةImprove service quality
• الحماية من الاحتيالPrevent fraud

يحتفظ TechFix بسجلات الطلبات والمحادثات والمدفوعات، وقد يتم تقديم هذه السجلات للجهات المختصة عند الطلب. TechFix retains records of requests, messages, and payments. These records may be provided to relevant authorities when legally required.

TechFix ليست جهة قضائية. في حال عدم حل النزاع عبر المنصة، يتم اللجوء إلى الجهات القانونية المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية. TechFix is not a legal authority. Unresolved disputes must be handled through official legal channels in Saudi Arabia.

قد يتم تطبيق عمولة تشغيلية على الخدمات داخل التطبيق، وقد تشمل اقتطاع نسبة من قيمة الخدمة وتسجيل العمليات لأغراض محاسبية. The platform may apply an operational commission on services, including a percentage deduction from the service value, recorded for accounting purposes.

نطبّق إجراءات حماية مناسبة، لكن لا نضمن أمانًا مطلقًا لأي نظام رقمي. We apply reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security for any digital system.

قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة. This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
